We have lovingly renovated our beautiful old former coach house pub keeping it as a traditional pub in Herts, but yet adding a modern touch – you can actually feel the history when you walk through our door.
Our pub in Newgate Street is at the heart of the local community and that’s how we like it. We love knowing all of our neighbours and enjoy meeting new visitors from surrounding areas or those travelling through – we are also a popular pub on bike routes.
